Aaron Cask

Aaron is one of the billers at our clinic and has been doing billing and collections for some time. He patiently deals with patients and insurance companies to make sure the financilal aspect is being fully met.

Irene Davis-Johnson

Irene a certified biller and worked for several years as a Bill Review Claims Auditor. She has been working for Rubin Orthopedics, dealing with bills and claims. She enjoys working with the other billers to ensure patients and insurance companies are billed correctly and that everyone is satisfied in the end.

Maggie Hoy

Biller

Maggie is another member of the billing team at Rubin Orthopedics. She has been doing medical billing locally for over 28 years, within the last ten years she has owned a medical billing company and is knowledgeable in all aspects of billing. She thrives at the opportunity to use her billing knowledge to make certain the practice is receiving money and most importantly patient's questions and concerns are answered.
