Referrals Coordinator / Front Office Supervisor
Nicole is our referrals coordinator who assists new patients to get them scheduled to see the providers.She is also our front office supervisor, Nicole ensures the front office is running smoothly and that each patient's questions or concerns regarding paperwork or their visit are dealt with before they are seen by the medical staff.

Front Office ReceptionistAlexus is a front desk specialist at Rubin Orthopedics. She assists patients with scheduling appointments, and is always there to answer questions. From time to time Alexus also helps out the medical staff when needed. She enjoys working at the front desk and interacting with the patients.
Ryan Morimune
Front Office Receptionist
Ryan is a front office specialist, he greets patients and makes sure all their medical documents are on file and ready for their office visit. He also schedules returning patient’s appointments and answers any phone calls that come through. Ryan does his best to ensure patient’s time in the waiting room is short and pleasant.

Sheldon Williams
Medical Records
Sheldon deals with medical records in the office. He works hard to make certain patient’s files are up to date and the proper information and documents are going in their correct designated areas. Sheldon also answers the phone and directs calls to the appropriate person, along with assisting patients with their medical questions about their office visit or the practice. Sheldon likes being apart of the process of eliminating patients pain and discomfort.
